About Me

I am Diana “Speedy” Rafeedie, and since 1986 I have been a Title Representative and am now Senior Vice President of Sales in the Northern San Gabriel Valley. I am an active member of both the Arcadia Association of Realtors and the Pasadena Foothills Association of Realtors. I have always strived to provide service second to none to anyone who calls upon me. Tax problems, difficult Title Issues, farming and marketing are my specialties. I handle all types of Real Estate Transactions- Residential and Commercial, purchases and loans. My love of people shows not only in my commitment to helping my clients, but also in the many hours I have spent volunteering for various local nonprofit organizations, most recently the Cancer Support Community of Pasadena, The Yes, Virginia Fund operated by the Pasadena Community Foundation which serves the low income youth of our community, the American Cancer Society and the San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity. I happily reside in my home town of Pasadena with my husband Mike. We have two handsome sons who are enjoying living on their own (yep, we love being empty nesters). When we are not working (we're all workaholics) we love to travel, support our favorite sports teams: UCLA, Rams, Lakers and Dodgers, and enjoy finding good local restaurants to support. My attitude remains one of gratitude for each and every day!
